SAFE TO USE: Our sinus rinse bottle is BPA and Latex-Free, making it safe to use for anyone. Supervision is required for children 12 years of age and under.
HOW TO USE: Add GuruNanda's Saline Premixed packet. Fill with purified or distilled water to the 240mL line. Lean forward with your head slightly tilted down. Keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath, place the cap snugly against one nostril. Squeeze the bottle gently into one nostril at least using 1/2 of the solution. Repeat in the second nostril.

I didn’t expect the stream to be as strong as it was. You do have to follow the directions and keep your mouth open while using it. Try different variations of pressure to find what works for you. It did a thorough cleaning of my nostrils. I’m pleased with this purchase.

These bottles are wonderful for cleaning the sinuses. Great price, I bought 4. I will be purchasing the individual packs of saline as I am running low. Thank you for a great product.
