SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all retail orders over $40 (Only applies to residents in Continental United States & Non-Dental Professional Orders). Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We are unable to fulfill any orders internationally currently. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Free Shipping is only applicable for the United States. Outside the US, regular shipping charges will be applicable.

PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE?

Carriers sometimes do a false scan for packages before being delivered (while they are still in transit), showing “DELIVERED”.  We would suggest checking with your neighbors and/or waiting 24-48 hours to see if your package arrives.

If your package is still not received: Contact the carrier and file a claim.  We are not liable for missing packages that are marked “DELIVERED”.  We suggest contacting the carrier so they can further investigate.

CANCELLATION AND ADDRESS CHANGES:

Please note that requests for order cancellations or address changes are not guaranteed if submitted outside of our business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Requests received outside these hours will likely coincide with your order already being in processing status, at which point modifications may no longer be possible.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY:

During the holiday season (or peak seasons) please understand that deliveries may take longer than normal due to the high volume of packages during this time. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. This delayed delivery time is out of our control and depends on the carriers' processing centers' volume.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unopened and unused returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued for purchases made online through GuruNanda.com.

  • Date of Purchase
  • Item(s) Returning
  • Reason for Return 

To continue to provide quality products at reasonable prices, we do not offer free returns except due to specific reasons which will be given at the time of the request.

Once our Customer Service Satisfaction Team has confirmed your return you will need to email the team the return tracking number, so that your return and refund may be processed quickly and effectively.

*Due to the variance in pricing, we do not offer exchanges, only replacements for the same item.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND? Refunds will be returned to the card (or form of payment) you used to pay at the time of purchase. Refunds and/or exchanges are NOT valid on clearance items. No exceptions. 

Refund Policy for Returned Packages

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note the following policy regarding refunds for returned packages:

Refunds will be issued for all returned packages in compliance with our return guidelines.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount as orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If the address you provided was correct and the package was returned to sender, we recommend reaching out to your local Post Office to determine the reason for the return.

GuruNanda’s Warranty

Our electronic devices (diffusers, toothbrushes, water flossers) have a 90-day warranty policy from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. All warranty replacements require proof of purchase for in-store or website purchases within 90 days of purchase.  A replacement for a defective product will not be processed without this proof.
