If bought in stores, replacement will be offered with proof of purchase within the last 90 days (Must be the continental US)

For all purchases made on GuruNanda.com:

If you are not completely satisfied, contact us at contact@gurunanda.com to process your refund. You are required to return the diffuser within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the card you used to pay for the purchase. No exceptions. If after the 7-day money back guarantee you are not satisfied, a replacement diffuser will be provided to you as long as you are within the first 90 days of purchase and can provide proof of your purchase. We will send you a prepaid label to return the diffuser to us for your replacement. Refunds are not accepted on clearance items.

(This is for all orders inside the Continental US. Outside the Continental US we will send a replacement however, you will have to provide for shipping)
