RETURNS & REFUNDS

At GuruNanda, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 days of purchase by contacting our Customer Care team at contact@gurunanda.com.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for completing your return at no cost to you. Eligible returns will receive a refund of the full product purchase price.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Contact your credit card company or financial institution, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
