1. Wormwood and Clove Blend: Dilute 1 ml of the Step 1 if you are above 180 lbs or 0.5 ml if your weight is below 180 lbs. Mix it in  8-12 oz. of your preferred beverage, ideally water. Always remember to take this supplement after a meal. Do NOT take on an empty stomach.
2. Fulvic Acid: Shake well before use. Wait a minimum of 60 minutes after taking Step 1 to start Step 2. Step 2 can be taken anytime in the day after taking Step 1. Use the same mixing measurements according to your weight.  Mix it in  8-12 oz. of your preferred beverage, ideally water.  DO NOT USE WITHOUT DILUTING IT. DO NOT TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
