      This tape is probably the worst mouth tape ive tried. I love Guru Nanda products overall so when i saw they had a mouth tape that was way cheaper than I already pay, i was excited. This was a waste of money. The tape works, thats not the issue, its taking the tape off. It took me at least 5 minutes to get the actual tape off including all the pieces it ripped into. Then taking off the sticky residue was another problem. Ive tried soap and water, licking it, coconut oil, and dawn dish liquid. My lips and around my mouth are still sticky and you can see the residue. This is obviously very annoying. I wont buy this product again and i hope to get my money back.

      They work. I haven't had any irritation, but it leaves a residue that has to be scrubbed off. I wouldn't buy this brand again.

      Great blend of breathability and sticky

      I have tried so very many mouth tapes. I had one I liked, but it is no longer available. I'm so glad I found this company. I definitely put the tape on the back of my hand first, because it is REALLY sticky. I still walk up with some black tape around my mouth, but it's a lot less if I put it on the back of my and first. Still plenty sticky.

      Better sleep

      I have found that I’m feel more rested and I where a Garmin watch and my sleep score has gone up. The only thing I’ve noticed and don’t like but not a big issue is that the stickiness from the tape leave a residue of it once removed but I found double cleanses my face helps.

      Black residue

      This mouth tape was purchased because I use a CPAP machine, and after the first use, I had black residue on my face for the first two nights, and the third day waking up, I had sores on my face because I had to remove the residue. I stopped using this product.
