I purchased a few samples at the Dollar tree. I am now on the hunt to purchase through website. These little pack will definitely help the dehydration. Someone on here complained about the sodium and sugar. To be honest those ingredients are key when it comes to dehydration. Your usual ingredients in hospital IV are sodium,glucose or dextrose. This little pack REALLY WORKS, I RECOMMEND 💯.

Why is there so much sodium this is not for people with high blood pressure and I love the products I buy the oil pulling and the toothbrushes sinus products would love to buy the hydration packets but to much sodium for me ☹️

I Love it BUT...
I love this it helped me with getting water in my systems and I have tried all thee different brands of hydration mixes but this one worked the best! BUT & I mean But I absolutely HATE lemon lime 🤣😅 not you guys fault at all & its strong thank goodness because other mixes are so "light" they end up tasting like "Hinted water" lol but this feels like I ate a handful of green and yellow Skittles 😮💨😭🤣 PLEASE MAKE MORE FLAVORS-Signed Dehydrated And Desperate

This is an absolutely great way to stay hydrated, i use these packets often, the flavor is good i just wish the adult version had more flavor options other than lemon lime. The kids strawberry flavor is really good. Hopefully the adults can get some flavor variety. Highly recommended this product.
