      Good source of vitamin d if you're not out in Sun

      Good source of vitamin d if we now out in the sun you can take this with water or juice whichever you prefer I take it every morning and gives me energy and I can keep going all day. It's good for my bones my sight it's just overall fantastic for the system.

      I was checking out hair and makeup at Ross when I first saw this product ever. I took a chance and bought it, tried it, and love it! I put it under my tongue and was not surprised at the taste, it was healthy tasting. When you consider any product that has Natural & Healthy ingredients it should not be flavored. So for anyone who dislikes the taste then use it on your legs or feet lol because it's Awesome on the skin as well!

      Immediately regretted buying it and I’m stuck with it anyway watch the return policy only 7 days they give you and you must pay to ship your own products back.
