    HOW TO USE

    Step 1: Shake well
    Step 2: Use cap provided to measure the recommended amount of pulling oil then use the cap to pour the pulling oil in your mouth
    Step 3: Gently swish the oil in between your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use.
    Step 4: Spit the oil out, DO NOT SWALLOW. Do not spit down the drain.
    Step 5: Rinse mouth thoroughly with water, and brush your teeth.
