HOW TO USE

Oil Pull: Swish 10-15mL of pulling oil between your teeth for 2 minutes and build up to 5 to 10 minutes. Spit into the trash and rinse with water.

Rinse: Use 1/4 cap of mouthwash (choose whitening or harmonizer). Swish and gargle for 60 seconds. Spit and do not swallow.
