RETURNS & REFUNDS
At GuruNanda, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 days of purchase by contacting our Customer Care team at contact@gurunanda.com.
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for completing your return at no cost to you. Eligible returns will receive a refund of the full product purchase price.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For product defects, please see the Warranty Information section below.
Warranty Information for Product Defects
GuruNanda electronic dental appliances are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. If your product stops working or shows a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, contact our Customer Care team at contact@gurunanda.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue (photos or videos are helpful).
Once your warranty claim is verified, we will provide a free replacement, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear (such as replaceable brush heads or nozzles). The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from the use of charging cords or chargers that were not supplied with the device.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

Signed up for the subscribe and save to save a couple dollars and it’s almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I’ve looked everywhere all over the website. Had to resort to sending an email and possibly even calling to get my subscription canceled. I don’t like when businesses practice doing that kind of stuff leaves a bad taste in my mouth no pun intended.

Not only is it healthy and good for your teeth and gums, but it does the best job ever. Keeps the tartar away and your teeth and mouth filling clean and fresh. It’s the best toothpaste out there. Not to mention, if you have sensitive teeth, this will put a stop to that or at least it did for me. I would personally recommend this toothpaste to anybody and everybody.👍😁
