I was really happily surprised at how much I like this toothpaste!!
I've tried 2 others but they dried my mouth out terribly, and didn't provide sensitivity relief.
But this one is awesome!
Helps greatly with sensitivity.

I do use it several times a day after eating. I didn't realize it was a whitening toothpaste. I don't normally use that because my teeth are sensitive. But no problem with this! I love it!!!
