    HOW TO USE

    Oil Pulling

    • Measure: Pour 10-15mL of Cocomint Pulling Oil into a measuring cup.
    • Rinse: Gently swish between teeth for at least 2 minutes.
    • Discard: Discard the oil into the trash to avoid clogging pipes.
    • Brush: Follow with GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush for a complete clean.


    Dual Barrel Whitening Mouthwash

    • Measure: Remove the cap and fill 1/4 of the cap with mouthwash.
    • Rinse: Swish and gargle for 1 minute.
    • Discard: Discard the mouthwash after rinsing.


    Whitening Strips

    • Peel: Open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips.
    • Apply: Align the strips with your gum line and press gently to secure.
    • Smile Bright: After removing the strips, discard them and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
