    HOW TO USE

    1. Measure: Pour 10 to 15 mL (about a tablespoon) of oil using the provided measuring cup.
    2. Swish: Swish gently for 2 up to 10 minutes, depending on comfort. Do NOT swallow.
    3. Discard: Spit the oil into a trash bin (not the sink) to avoid clogs.

      I used it once already loved the way it left my mouth feeling refreshed 😃 also ( I have the tooth paste & I tell you ( sorry if it’s random ) but I chew gum and I could just feel the cleanness in my mouth overall I’m obsessed

      Tastes Great

      Ive tried oil pulling before with regular kitchen oils, but this is much better. It tastes good which makes it easier to swish it for a longer period of time. I'm very glad I came across this brand.
