    Product Description

    GuruNanda Pulling Oil is a natural, pre-brush rinse inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom. It contains six 8 fl oz bottles.

    It contains MCT fractionated coconut oil, essential oils (Tea Tree, Peppermint, Clove, Oregano, Fennel, Spearmint, & Cardamom), & Vitamins D3, E, and K2. Hydrophobic & lipid-inspired, it enhances your oral care routine.

    GuruNanda Pulling Oil provides up to 12 hours of fresh breath & promotes gum hygiene. Designed to complement brushing, flossing, and rinsing, this oil pulling adds a preventive layer to your oral care routine.

    Pour 10-15ml of pulling oil into the provided measuring cup. Swish for 2 minutes, & gradually increase to 10 minutes. Discard the oil in the trash to avoid clogging pipes. Use on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results.

    It's proudly made in the USA with international & domestic ingredients. Free from fluoride or added artificial preservatives, it is safe for use by children 12 years of age & up (with supervision) and adults.

    *GuruNanda oil pulling is a pre-brush rinse with less density than coconut or sesame oil; that’s hydrophobic and lipid inspired heavily by Ayurvedic knowledge. It’s a preventative added part of an oral care regimen that involves tongue scraping, brushing flossing, and water flossing. It is not a replacement for your dentist, nor does it cure active dental problems including but not limited to infections, deep cavities, gingivitis, etc.

      I used it once already loved the way it left my mouth feeling refreshed 😃 also ( I have the tooth paste & I tell you ( sorry if it’s random ) but I chew gum and I could just feel the cleanness in my mouth overall I’m obsessed

      Tastes Great

      Ive tried oil pulling before with regular kitchen oils, but this is much better. It tastes good which makes it easier to swish it for a longer period of time. I'm very glad I came across this brand.
