I’m using daily for 10-15 minutes because I think I’m getting a cavity. I’ve already noticed that I don’t have anymore pain by that tooth. The flavor is great and sticks with me for at least 2-3 hours. Love this product and ALL the products I’ve been using. I just wish it was sold in my Walmart in Minot, North Dakota. I use to always find everything I needed there but even with a sales lady’s help, we could find the oils or the oil pulling stuff so I ordered online.
