How To Use

1. Oil Pulling

Measure 10-15 mL of oil. 
Swish oil around your mouth for at least two minutes, making sure oil gets between your teeth. The longer the better. Make it a goal to swish for up to 10 minutes.
Spit into the trash to avoid clogging sink pipes.
Continue your oral care routine.
Repeat daily on an empty stomach for the best results.

2. Dual Slickers Floss Picks 

Floss gently in an up-and-down and along the gumline motion against each side of the teeth.
Spit debris into the sink.

3. Toothbrush & Toothpaste
