    Oil Pulling 

    1. Measure 10-15 mL of oil.  
    2. Swish oil around your mouth for at least two minutes, making sure oil gets between your teeth. The longer the better. Make it a goal to swish for up to 10 minutes. 
    3. Spit into the trash to avoid clogging sink pipes. 
    4. Continue your oral care routine. 
    5. Repeat daily on an empty stomach for the best results.   

    Dual Slickers Floss Picks  

    1. Floss gently in an up-and-down and along the gumline motion against each side of the teeth. 
    2. Spit debris into the sink.  

    Toothbrush & Toothpaste  

    1. Apply a pea-sized drop of toothpaste to a wet Butter on Gums toothbrush. 
    2. Brush in circular motions, covering each quadrant of the mouth for 30 seconds, a total of two minutes.

      This Dual Duty Product Delivers

      Whiter teeth and a truly refreshed mouth. I mean, what’s not to like about this twin-chambered alcohol-free rinse that takes oral hygiene to a new level? A little pricey, yes. However, if you like the way your mouth feels after a $150 dental cleaning, you’re going to love this bottled month of visits for $10 and a wee bit of your time to achieve the optimal benefit.       Bought at Walmart, life-changing!!!

      I never put reviews on a company's website but I literally just bought this toothbrush and it's amazing. I've had gum sensitivity since I was a kid and brushing my teeth has always been super uncomfortable. This toothbrush was the first time my teeth felt clean without extreme discomfort. Totally worth it!!! If you have sensory issues this toothbrush is awesome!!
