    RINSE BOTTLE: GuruNanda's Sinus Rinse Bottle delivers an easy way to rinse your nasal passages due to sinus pressure, dust, pollen, allergies, dryness, and more.

    COMFORTABLE TIP: Rinse your nasal passages easily with our comfort tip design. 

    EASY SQUEEZE: Don't struggle with the flow.  Our "easy squeeze" design makes it an easy free-flowing stream for a thorough rinse.

    SAFE TO USE: Our sinus rinse bottle is BPA and Latex-Free, making it safe to use for anyone. Supervision is required for children 12 years of age and under.

    HOW TO USE: Add GuruNanda's Saline Premixed packet. Fill with purified or distilled water to the 240mL line.  Lean forward with your head slightly tilted down. Keeping your mouth open, without holding your breath, place the cap snugly against one nostril. Squeeze the bottle gently into one nostril at least using 1/2 of the solution. Repeat in the second nostril.

      Works just fine

      This works just as well as the $10 bottle I've bought from a pharmacy. It's well worth it, especially if you buy enough stuff to qualify for free shipping.

      Skirt water bottle for your nose
