    1. Oral Pain Relief Rinse

    Adults and children 6 years of age and older:

    • Pour 10 mL into the measuring cup. 
    • Swish and gargle for at least 2 minutes. Do not swallow. 
    • Spit out into a trash can. 
    • Use twice daily, or as directed by a dentist or doctor.

    Children under 12 years of age should be supervised in the use of this product. For children under 6 years of age, consult a dentist or doctor.

    2. Sensitivity Protection Toothpaste

    Adults and children 12 years of age and older:

    • Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.
    • Brush in circular motions for 2 minutes, making sure to reach every area of your teeth and gums. Focus on each quadrant of your mouth for 30 seconds.
    • Spit and rinse thoroughly, leaving your mouth feeling refreshed.
    • Use twice daily in the morning and evening or after meals for best results. 

    For children under 12 years of age, consult a dentist or doctor. 

    3. Sensitive Whitening Strips

    • Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
    • Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gumline and press gently to secure.
    • Wait for 30 minutes.
    • Remove the strips, discard them, and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.
