I mainly bought this for sensitivity (sweets trigger me the worst) and after about a month the sweet sensitivity is much better. still there a tiny bit but nothing that makes me regret eating dessert anymore lol. texture is smooth not gritty and the fresh feeling after brushing is legit. good product

I have recession on my lower left side that makes everything painful hot coffee cold water even just air sometimes. I also like the ingredient philosophy essential oils vitamin K2 no harsh chemicals. feels like someone actually thought about what goes in here rather than just what markets well

cold sensitivity is what people usually talk about but HOT things were my problem. hot tea hot soup both made me wince. couldn't find much targeted info but the 5% potassium nitrate is supposed to help with heat too and that ended up being true for me. it's been about 5 weeks and hot drinks are not the ordeal they used to be. nice mint-clove flavor no fluoride which was a personal preference of mine and my teeth genuinely look a little whiter which was not even what I was going for. bonus
