      it smells quite delightful. this product is great for sore muscles. personally, i spray it 3x on the bottom of my feet before i go to sleep every night. magnesium is so beneficial for us humans. highly recommend if you've been called to purchase this exquisite spray. we love the frankincense for an extra boost of protection. 😉

      I purchase mine from a local walmart. My personal experience has been, better sleep, no more cramps in legs at night. Less fluid retention in legs, huge decrease of menopause symptoms, increased libido. Do your research on magnesium oil and what it balances, it's amazing.
