Guru's 7-Step Regimen 1.0 - Oil Pulling, Mouthwash, Butter on Gums for Health Teeth & Gums

STEP 1- OIL PULLING: Pour 10-15ml of our Cocomint Oil Pulling enriched with natural essential oils and vitamins D3, E & K2, swish for 2 minutes with the provided measuring cup, & gradually increase to 10 minutes. Discard the oil into the trash to avoid clogging pipes. Pull on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results 

STEP 2 & 3 - BRUSH & TONGUE SCRAPE: Experience a gentler and deeper cleaning with the Butter on Gums Toothbrush, followed by tongue scraping.

STEP 4 & 5 - FLOSSING: Use our Expandable Floss followed by our Advanced Dental Water Flosser 2.0 (with UV light for sanitizing) to efficiently clean between your teeth and gumline.  Our Concentrated Mouthwash can be added to our water flosser for a fresh cleaning. Make sure you sanitize the tank and flossing tip using the UV mode after every use of the flosser. (DO NOT look directly into the UV light).

STEP 6 & 7 - RINSE & WHITEN: Freshen your breath and whiten your smile with our Dual Barrel Oxy-Burst Breath Harmonizer Mouthwash enriched with natural essential oils and vitamins.  Lastly, use our Dry Strip Technology Whitening Strips for that last "bling" for your teeth.*Results vary from person to person.
