It is perfect for my overactive 82 year old husband. Living in Fl. it is a must for walkers,golfers and even swimmers. Like many oters he would appreciate ither flavors. Even just tangerine or orange. My husband in summer minths require 2 a day. Days when he us out for 6 hiurs a third.

I purchased a few samples at the Dollar tree. I am now on the hunt to purchase through website. These little pack will definitely help the dehydration. Someone on here complained about the sodium and sugar. To be honest those ingredients are key when it comes to dehydration. Your usual ingredients in hospital IV are sodium,glucose or dextrose. This little pack REALLY WORKS, I RECOMMEND 💯.

Why is there so much sodium this is not for people with high blood pressure and I love the products I buy the oil pulling and the toothbrushes sinus products would love to buy the hydration packets but to much sodium for me ??
