    1. Oil pulling oral rinse begins the process by lifting impurities between your teeth and on your tongue. Swish the oil around your mouth for 2-10 minutes. 
    2. Floss with picks between your teeth to remove buildup.

    Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil around your mouth to help cleanse and support overall oral wellness. The Pain Relief Oil Pulling Oral Rinse takes that tradition a step further—formulated with 1.5% menthol for targeted soothing relief alongside botanical oils like clove, peppermint, and white turmeric.     What Is Hydroxyapatite?

    Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is a naturally occurring form of calcium that makes up 97% of tooth enamel and 70% of dentin. Its structure closely mimics natural tooth enamel, allowing it to bind to teeth and help repair surface damage. When used in toothpaste, HAp releases calcium and phosphate to remineralize and strengthen enamel*. 

    How Do You Use a Water Flosser?

    Can anyone use whitening strips?

    Whitening strips are not recommended for children under 16, since their teeth are still developing, or for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals without approval from a healthcare provider.       Genuinely loved the fresh breath sensation it left me with. I am a Dentist and It's always nice to have options when it comes to toothpastes that are fluoride free so that I can recommend them to my patients.
