    1. Oil pulling oral rinse begins the process by lifting impurities between your teeth and on your tongue. Swish the oil around your mouth for 2-10 minutes.

    What Is Hydroxyapatite?

    Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is a naturally occurring form of calcium that makes up 97% of tooth enamel and 70% of dentin.
