    What essential oils are included in this set?

    Are these oils safe to apply directly to skin?

    These are 100% pure, undiluted essential oils and should not be applied directly to skin without first diluting them in a carrier oil—such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil. A general starting ratio is 2–3 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes, and broken skin.

    How do I use these oils in a diffuser?

    Add 3–5 drops of your chosen oil to your diffuser with water per the diffuser's instructions. Each oil offers a distinct aromatic experience—Lavender and Ylang Ylang are ideal for relaxation, Peppermint and Eucalyptus for an energizing or clearing atmosphere, and Lemongrass and Grapefruit for an uplifting, fresh environment.
