    Mouthwash:

    1. Measure 15 mL from each chamber into a measuring cup.
    2. Swish for 1 minute.
    3. Spit out the mouthwash and continue your oral care routine.
    4. Use twice daily for best results.

    Whitening Strips:

    1. Open the foil packet and carefully remove a strip.
    2. Align the strips with your gum line and apply gently to secure.
    3. Wait 30-45 minutes for Professional treatment and 60 minutes for Express treatment.
    4. Discard after removing the strip and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
