    HOW TO USE

    1. Measure: Pour 10 to 15 mL (about a tablespoon) of oil using the provided measuring cup.
    2. Swish: Swish gently for 2 up to 10 minutes, depending on comfort. Do NOT swallow.
    3. Discard: Spit the oil into a trash bin (not the sink) to avoid clogs.
    4. Brush: Brush your teeth with GuruNanda Butter On Gums Toothbrush to complete the routine.

      Amazing!

      I can tell this oil is improving the health of my mouth. Ive only used 1 bottle and my gums are healthier, plaque is lifting off some and I can actually smell odors that were removed in the discarded oil! I wish I would have tried the whitening version... next order. Highly recommend and bought a set of different Guru Nanda products for my family and friends, including this oil. Ps.my husband is also getting great results!

      A MUST HAVE!!

      The toothpaste and the oral rinse are phenomenal! After one use all of my teeth were at least one shade brighter and a smoothest I’ve ever felt them. It’s such a game changer. I bought it for everyone in my family also and they are loving it as much as I am. Five stars is not enough. You have to try the product for yourself.
