El aceite de enjuague GuruNanda es un enjuague natural para antes del cepillado, inspirado en la sabiduría ayurvédica. Contiene tres botellas de 237 ml (8 onzas líquidas).
Contiene aceite de coco fraccionado MCT, aceites esenciales (árbol de té, menta, clavo, orégano, hinojo, hierbabuena y cardamomo) y vitaminas D3, E y K2. Hidrófobo y con ingredientes lipídicos, mejora tu rutina de cuidado bucal.
El aceite de enjuague bucal GuruNanda proporciona hasta 12 horas de aliento fresco y promueve la higiene bucal. Diseñado para complementar el cepillado, el uso de hilo dental y el cepillado, este aceite de enjuague bucal añade un toque preventivo a tu rutina de cuidado bucal.
Vierta de 10 a 15 ml de aceite de enjuague bucal en el vaso medidor. Haga buches durante 2 minutos y aumente gradualmente a 10 minutos. Deseche el aceite en la basura para evitar obstrucciones en las tuberías. Úselo en ayunas todas las mañanas para obtener resultados óptimos.

Ive tried oil pulling before with regular kitchen oils, but this is much better. It tastes good which makes it easier to swish it for a longer period of time. I'm very glad I came across this brand.

This is the next best oil pulling option, the first (for me) is actually unrefined coconut oil from the jar the kind you have to scoop and let your mouth melt lol but this is good too, it has a pleasant taste as well. I did cancel my subscription tho bc I don't need them that often and I don't like blind charges on my accounts, I'll just buy them when I need them.
