      Better sleep

      I have found that I’m feel more rested and I where a Garmin watch and my sleep score has gone up. The only thing I’ve noticed and don’t like but not a big issue is that the stickiness from the tape leave a residue of it once removed but I found double cleanses my face helps.

      Really Effective but....

      This is probably the best mouth tape that I have tried so far, I will be re-ordering. It actually stays on all night, I don't feel like I am suffocating and it is surprisingly comfortable to wear. That being said, I took away one star because the adhesive can be kind of hard to remove the next day and even when I think I have done a good enough job after washing my face with cleanser and a washcloth, I still find little rolled up black spots on my face throughout the day and it can at times still be a tad bit "sticky". For the price and the efficacy, it can't be beat and I am willing to deal with this inconvenience, I am sure I will figure out a way around it eventually.

      Why does the tape have to be black? I like the fit of the tape but I have had some black on my pillow. Maybe moisture from my mouth..
