This is the next best oil pulling option, the first (for me) is actually unrefined coconut oil from the jar the kind you have to scoop and let your mouth melt lol but this is good too, it has a pleasant taste as well. I did cancel my subscription tho bc I don't need them that often and I don't like blind charges on my accounts, I'll just buy them when I need them.

I was told about oil pulling a few years back. I didn't believe it would work for me. I tried this product last year and it worked. It reduced the bleeding of my gums when I brush. My teeth aren't as sensitive.

GuruNanda is the first product I've used that gave me quick results. Within the first week ofonly the Oil Pulling packets & mouthwash (which I found at ROSS) I was surprised, my mouth felt like it was actually clean, the mouthwash was kind of spicy tingly at first but I got adjusted to it and it gives that clean feeling every time too. Those 2 products alone is what brought me to the site to buy more; I'm really satisfied with the items I got I also bought the "toothpaste" and used them in the order of flossing, oil pulling, toothpaste then mouthwash and yes my teeth are shiny & whiter 😁 I have the whitening strips as well which I haven't used just yet. My toothpaste came with a tube squeezer & tongue scraper too
