    1. Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
    2. Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gumline and press gently to secure.
    3. Wait for 30-45 minutes when you’re using the Professional treatment and 60 minutes for the Express treatment.
    4. Remove the strips, discard them, and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.

      Fantastic white strips

      I think they are working . Easy to use whitening strips give me a very clean feeling and reason to smile. Aging teeth have a tendency to be yellowing, the strips seem to diminish that affect.
