Pour 10-15 mL of pulling oil into a measuring cup.
Swish for 2 to 10 minutes depending on your comfort. Do not swallow.
Spit the oil in a trash bin to avoid clogging pipes.

Dual Barrel Oxyburst Whitening Mouthwash

Measure 15 mL from each chamber into a measuring cup.
Swish and gargle for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Spit out the mouthwash and continue your oral care routine.

Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure.
