RETURNS & REFUNDS
At GuruNanda, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 days of purchase by contacting our Customer Care team at contact@gurunanda.com.
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for completing your return at no cost to you. Eligible returns will receive a refund of the full product purchase price.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For product defects, please see the Warranty Information section below.
Warranty Information for Product Defects
GuruNanda electronic dental appliances are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. If your product stops working or shows a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, contact our Customer Care team at contact@gurunanda.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue (photos or videos are helpful).
Once your warranty claim is verified, we will provide a free replacement, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear (such as replaceable brush heads or nozzles). The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from the use of charging cords or chargers that were not supplied with the device.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

Product Description
Technologie de nettoyage ultrasonique en profondeur : utilise les vibrations ultrasoniques pour aider à détacher et à éliminer l'accumulation, les résidus et les particules des appareils dentaires pour un nettoyage quotidien en profondeur.
Support de lumière UVC intégré : conçu avec une lumière UVC pour un nettoyage plus hygiénique des aligneurs, des dispositifs de retenue, des protège-dents et des appareils dentaires similaires.
Minuteur intelligent à une touche : une simple pression sur un bouton permet aux utilisateurs de choisir entre des cycles de nettoyage de 5, 8 ou 10 minutes, selon leur temps de nettoyage préféré.
Utilisation facile en 4 étapes : il suffit de remplir d'eau jusqu'à la ligne MAX, de placer l'appareil dentaire dans le panier, de fermer le couvercle et de brancher, puis d'appuyer sur le bouton d'alimentation pour commencer le nettoyage.
Conception compacte et adaptée au comptoir : le design élégant du pod est facile à garder sur un comptoir de salle de bain, une coiffeuse ou une table de nuit sans prendre beaucoup de place.
Idéal pour l'entretien quotidien des appareils dentaires : idéal pour nettoyer les aligneurs transparents, les dispositifs de retenue, les protège-dents, les protège-dents et autres appareils dentaires amovibles dans le cadre d'une routine quotidienne de soins bucco-dentaires.
