RETURNS & REFUNDS

At GuruNanda, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 days of purchase by contacting our Customer Care team at contact@gurunanda.com.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions for completing your return at no cost to you. Eligible returns will receive a refund of the full product purchase price.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For product defects, please see the Warranty Information section below.

Warranty Information for Product Defects

GuruNanda electronic dental appliances are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase. If your product stops working or shows a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, contact our Customer Care team at contact@gurunanda.com with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue (photos or videos are helpful).

Once your warranty claim is verified, we will provide a free replacement, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear (such as replaceable brush heads or nozzles). The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from the use of charging cords or chargers that were not supplied with the device.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.

If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

• Check your bank account or payment method again.

• Contact your credit card company or financial institution, as it may take some time for your refund to post.
