      Life Changing

      Wow! I must say that these are the best mouth breathing deterrents I’ve ever used. I tend to snore and wake up with “cotton mouth.” When I use these mouth tapes I sleep much better and wake up earlier and more refreshed. They are very comfortable and fairly easy to remove. I do love the lavender scent too.

      I gave it one star because I never got to use it and Company should let you know that if you have medical conditions like sleep apnea it is not recommended to use these and I really wanted to check them out so in all fairness I really can't write it with a star even cuz I'm sure for most folks they're probably pretty good I'm just very saddened that I didn't know before I ordered and received them that I would not be able to use them but customer service is great except I had to pay the shipping back there was no return label and they will give me the refund minus my shipping cost to return it

      Love the smell

      They smell really good. But they need to come in smaller sizes. I could cut it in half and still have plenty of room.

      Only Thing I Have Found That WORKS!

      I snore VERY loudly. I have tried chin straps, that thing that holds your tongue, duct tape, and everything in between. These strips work Great!
