    Pulling Oil

    • Pour 10-15 mL of pulling oil.
    • Swish pulling oil for two minutes. You can make it a fun game by seeing how long they can do it. Have them work up to ten minutes! Encourage them to swish thoroughly between their teeth.
    • Spit into trash. Do not swallow. Never have them spit in the sink to avoid clogging pipes.

    Tongue Scraper

    • Scrape from the back of their tongue to the front.
    • Spit out excess saliva buildup and debris.

    Floss Picks

    • Floss between their teeth and move in back-and-forth and up-and-down motions to dislodge food particles and remove plaque.

    Water Flosser

    • Place the flosser into their mouth.
    • Turn on the flosser and move it around their mouth, focusing on the gumline.

    Toothbrush & Toothpaste

    • Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a wet brush.
    • Brush in circular motions, focusing on each quadrant of the teeth for at least 30 seconds. Brush for at least two minutes twice a day or after meals.

      My kids enjoy brushing their teeth so much more now. And I love how clean their mouth smell. The water floss is awesome!. I also liked the fact that isbwas enough supplies for both of the kids for that price!.
