    Oil Pulling

    1. Pour 10-15 mL of pulling oil.
    2. Swish pulling oil for two minutes. You can make it a fun game by seeing how long they can do it. Have them work up to ten minutes! Encourage them to swish thoroughly between their teeth.
    3. Spit into trash. Do not swallow. Never have them spit in the sink to avoid clogging pipes.

    Tongue Scraper

    1. Scrape from the back of their tongue to the front.
    2. Spit out excess saliva buildup and debris.

    Floss Picks

    1. Remove a floss pick from the package.
    2. Slide the floss pick gently between teeth to remove debris and plaque.
    3. Rinse with mouthwash and brush like you normally do.

    Water Flosser

    1. Place the tip in their mouth.
    2. Turn on the flosser. 
    3. Choose their mode.
    4. Move around their mouth to spray between teeth.
    5. Allow water to fall out of your mouth as you floss. 
    6. Spit out debris before continuing your oral care routine.

    Toothbrush & Toothpaste

    1. Apply toothpaste to a wet toothbrush.
    2. Brush in small circular motions from back to front on all inner, outer, and chewing surfaces. Focus on each quadrant for 30 seconds, a total of 2 minutes.
    3. Rinse after each use.
    4. Repeat twice a day in the morning and evening or after meals.
    5. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or as needed for optimal brushing performance.
