    1. Oil pulling oral rinse begins the process by lifting impurities between your teeth and on your tongue. Swish the oil around your mouth for 2-10 minutes. 
    2. Floss with picks between your teeth to remove buildup. 
    3. Floss with the water flosser first to loosen debris.
    4. Tongue scrape to remove the debris left on the surface. Spit it out.

    What is oil pulling?

    Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil around your mouth to help cleanse and support overall oral wellness. The Pain Relief Oil Pulling Oral Rinse takes that tradition a step further—formulated with 1.5% menthol for targeted soothing relief alongside botanical oils like clove, peppermint, and white turmeric. Used as a pre-brush rinse twice daily, it helps lift impurities and ease oral discomfort before you even pick up your toothbrush.

    What Is Hydroxyapatite?

    Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is a naturally occurring form of calcium that makes up 97% of tooth enamel and 70% of dentin. Its structure closely mimics natural tooth enamel, allowing it to bind to teeth and help repair surface damage. When used in toothpaste, HAp releases calcium and phosphate to remineralize and strengthen enamel*. 

    How Do You Use a Water Flosser?

    While instructions can vary by manufacturer, most water flossers follow a similar routine: fill the reservoir with water, select your preferred tip and choose a comfortable pressure setting.
