Oil Pulling

1. Pour 10-15 mL of pulling oil into a measuring cup.
2. Swish for 2 to 10 minutes depending on your comfort. Do not swallow.
3. Spit the oil in a trash bin to avoid clogging pipes.
4. Brush immediately after oil pulling with the GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush and finish your oral care routine.
5. Use daily preferably on an empty stomach to experience all the benefits.

Whitening Strips

1. Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
2. Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure.
3. Wait for 30-45 minutes when using the Professional treatment and 60 minutes for the Express treatment.
4. Discard the strips and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue. 

Gel Pen & LED Light

1. Apply whitening gel by brushing a thin layer onto each tooth.
2. Insert the LED device and activate its 15-minute auto timer.
3. Remove the light.
4. Spit out any excess gel.
