GuruNanda Coconut & Mint Pulling Oil is designed to help refresh your breath and help to maintain oral cleanliness. It complements brushing, flossing, and rinsing for a well-rounded oral care routine.
Pour 10-15ml of oil pulling, swish for 2 minutes, & gradually increase to 10 minutes. Discard the oil into trash to avoid clogging pipes. Swishing on an empty stomach is recommended for best use.

So far I am loving the coconut + peppermint starter oil pulling. I habe been oil pulling with just coconut oil but I like this better. Definitely seeing and feeling a difference in my teeth.

I absolutely love this oil pulling. Wish it came in a bigger bottle, or a few extra bottles came with the package order. Love the tooth paste as well. Only disappointing part, was after I put in my order the company came out with a cheaper promotional deal with a lot more stuff in the box. But absolutely love the product.
