    1. Apply toothpaste to a wet toothbrush.
    2. Brush in small circular motions from back to front on all inner, outer, and chewing surfaces. Focus on each quadrant for 30 seconds, a total of 2 minutes.
    3. Rinse after each use.
    4. Repeat twice a day in the morning and evening or after meals.

      My teeth feel so clean!

      I've used Colgate toothbrushes my whole life and they've made my gums bleed and never really surprised me. They were a safe bet always and that was all. I picked up this tooth brush on a whim and oh my! My teeth feel like they just got cleaned at the actual dentist! No pain or bleeding and my teeth feel silky smooth! I brush my teeth twice a day and I floss. I am amazed at the difference it made! My teeth are also noticeably whiter even after one brush!

      Fabulous mouth & teeth health product!

      My dentist & dental hygienist for 20 yrs have been trying to convince me of the wisdom of using soft-bristled toothbrushes & flossing, but I resisted because I was raised believing FIRM-bristled toothbrushes could lessen bad breath, clean teeth, & "replace" flossing.
