    1. Ready-To-Go Pre-Pasted Toothbrushes 2.0

    • Open the individual package and take out the Butter on Gums Pre-Pasted Toothbrush.
    • Brush your teeth with the pre-pasted brush in small circular motions covering each quadrant for 30 seconds, a total of 2 minutes.
    • No need to rinse—rinsing is optional!

    2. Butter on Gums Toothbrush & Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste

    • Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.
    • Brush in circular motions for 2 minutes, making sure to reach every area of your teeth and gums. Focus on each quadrant of your mouth for 30 seconds.
    • Spit and rinse thoroughly, leaving your mouth feeling refreshed.
    • Use twice daily in the morning and evening or after meals for best results. 

    3. Oil Pulling Travel Sachets

    • Pour sachet into a cup or directly into your mouth.
    • Swish for 2 to 10 minutes depending on your comfort. Do not swallow.
    • Spit the oil in a trash bin to avoid clogging pipes.
