DIY for Muscle Soothing Scrub and Rub

Whether you are working out too hard or sitting in office chair for too long, muscles can become tight and irritating. Today we are going to make a scrub and rub to ease the tension.

Muscle Soothing Scrub

    What You Need


    1. Blend the ingredients (Peppermint Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Lavender Oil, and Fractionated Coconut Oil) together and thoroughly scrub into tight areas.  
    2. Stand in the shower with the shower water turned off and briskly scrub the belly, arms, legs, and affected areas with this scrub. 
    3. Then turn the water on and rinse the body.  
    4. This homemade scrub will also invigorate, improve fluid flow, exfoliate, and give the skin a healthy glow.

    Muscle Soothing Rub

    What You Need


      1.  Upon finishing the shower, lightly towel off and thoroughly massage this oil blend onto the skin.  
      2. Give it about ten minutes to absorb before getting dressed. 
      3. Blend the ingredients and apply to local tight muscle area.  
      4. For massaging the whole body, use 1 ounce of carrier oil instead of just ¼ of an ounce for one body area. 
      5. For improved results, attempt to do this scrub and rub treatment once a day for three days in a row. 
      6. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
