500 Letters A Personal Story from Guru “Puneet” Nanda
We committed to sponsoring a weekly lunch at this special orphanage, and I had the opportunity to meet and talk with many of the children living there. I was humbled by their stories. There was one boy’s story that particularly touched my heart.
At the age of 5, the boy’s mother passed away. His father then remarried, dropped the boy off at this very orphanage, and never returned. The boy, now 8 years old, has written over 500 letters to his parents. I was so moved by the story, I couldn’t even read what he had written.
