I’ve been incorporating aromatherapy essential oils in my yoga classes for several years now. My students really respond to the variation of scents. Essential oils can be invigorating or calming depending on which one you choose.
Invigorate and Stimulate
Combine 10 drops of GuruNanda Peppermint Essential Oil with 4 oz. of water in a spray bottle and mist around your body keeping your eyes closed. This is perfect right before you start your yoga practice.
Calm and Peaceful
Combine 10 drops of GuruNanda Lavender Essential Oil with 4 oz. of water in a spray bottle and mist during Savasana.
